Identification of Biochemical Composition and Pesticides Residue in Ten Rose Cultivars Leaves Using FT-IR Spectroscopy

In order to optimize the application of nutritive solutions and phytosanitary treatments with direct influence on quality cut roses from hydroponic culture (soilless culture), it is necessary study biochemical composition different organs plant (leaves). By FT-IR spectroscopy using standard KBr pellet technique; was possible differentiate between 10 Rosa cultivars based chemical leaves also identify pesticide residue within leaf tissues some its effects. Thus, observed that intensity bands corresponding amide I (proteins) aromatic compounds were weaker in sheath petiole compared lamina. Aldehydes present only not As for six pesticides tested, simple bond vibration C–H has been detected at 817 cm-1 805 samples treated penconazole (Topas) a triadimenol folpet (Shavit). Also, increases concentration polisaccharides leaves, while strong band could be attributed presence halogenated (chlorinated) C-Cl can 715 pesticide.
